      poor company culture. leadership talks down to you and makes it difficult to approach them for help creating a toxic work enviroment .stuffy work environment. high turnover.

      -Excellent opportunities to learn -Great team members -Some decent clients

      Cons

      -Poor benefits -Poor management -Lots of micro managing -Pay grades below averages -Little room for advancement but if it doesn't work out, they will YEET you out. There is no stepping back down to your previous position.
