      Good company in Toscany area, maybe one of the best. - Senior Software Developer Var Group Employee Review

      Pros

      I'm very happy with my choice and I am proud to work for Var Group. The company is quite big considering the location (around 4000 employees) and it's growing fast in Italy and lately even outside. Compared to other software companies in the Tuscany area it is one of the best. Fair working place. The workplace is modern and going to work is a pleasure. The employee canteen is just awesome, restaurant level.

      Cons

      Sometimes it's necessary to work under pressure but I guess, all in all, this happens everywhere. Salaries are OVER average considering the location (Tuscany area) but they are ABOVE average when compared to similar companies in northern Italy.
