1. The President: clueless, sticks his nose in everywhere with no context to understand what he’s talking about, is only concerned about the money and thinking he’s hilarious. Warning- he’s weird and not hilarious. He gives 10k a couple times to Shriners and thinks he’s Moses when in reality they make ridiculous amounts of money and that probably amounts to less than 1%.
2. The product: only works for MAYBE 5% of the people it’s sold to. You have to understand the market, use other software, be okay with long term holding, amongst other things. There’s simply not enough of a market for VP to sell to, so management pushes it on people who have no reason buying it. Can’t blame them for getting their money, but good grief. Don’t be scumbags.
3. Parties/trips/culture: food is first come first serve and they never buy enough, or they buy gross/cheap stuff. The trips are to dirty and gross places that aren’t fun when you’re older than 10. The culture is weird, you’re on edge, and you have these awful team building activities. The lady who teaches them is a gymnastics teacher who got her certificate online, so I’m sure you can guess what kind of AWESOME training you get. They literally lie or cloud the truth about every aspect of working there from culture to pay. Beware: they’re professional liars. Best in the business really.
4. Management: the man who runs the building would fire his grandchildren if they didn’t hit their number. He doesn’t care about you and is constantly walking around like he’s a proctor of a test ready to get someone in trouble. It’s a great way to make literally everyone anxious and on edge. The sales managers or department heads are simply the favorites who do whatever their boss tells them to do, no matter how messed up or plain wrong it is. They act holier than thou in the internet age, and that shows how unintelligent they really are.
