Vantage Point has been a fantastic company to work for. They have such a good product and its so influencing to know how impactful it is for family members. The training to understand the software, the financial markets, and how to talk to customers is very extensive. They also have amazing continued learning to make sure we are sharp to portray our professionalism. They truly stand by their core values. Its great to see that the company is solid. Knowing the company and product is always growing portrays that I also have the ability to grow too. It is so fun to speak to traders all day long and learn about everyone. Cons
There aren’t many true downsides, but this role is not for everyone. Front-end sales here requires real discipline, resilience, and drive so it’s not easy. Compensation can feel lower than expected compared to other high ticket sales roles, especially considering the investment size and difficulty of the sale. Success here demands strong work ethic and persistence. That said, anyone who succeeds here clearly demonstrates those traits, which ultimately becomes a strong Pro.
