8moThank you for taking the time to leave a review. It sounds like your experience was a few years ago, and quite a lot has changed since then.
We had a change in leadership about just over two years ago, which led to a full review of how we support and invest in our consultants. Since then, consultants are fully paid during their pre-deployment training, receive normal statutory sick pay, and access to ongoing coaching and development with our in-house training faculty.
The 18-month agreement forms part of our structured development programme, which helps our consultants gain experience, qualifications, and transition into permanent roles with clients. In fact, over 90% of our consultants now convert to their clients at the end of their assignments, which is the goal we share from day one. Our mission as an organisation is to help clients build their next generation of talent and develop future leaders. The training bond only applies if someone leaves early to take another external role, reflecting the investment we and their client have made in their development.
