Pros
Some excellent, supportive team members who help each other despite the poor culture.
Cons
Management, especially senior and higher ups, are disconnected from day to day reality.
Constant micromanagement creates a lack of trust and autonomy.
Staff morale is consistently low due to a negative, pressurised atmosphere.
Extremely high staff turnover ,good people don’t stay long, and the reasons are obvious.
Leadership often pretends to listen to feedback but rarely takes any meaningful action.
Both current managers lacks the skills to lead a high performing, motivated team.
Culture feels cold and controlling rather than empowering or supportive.
No clear path for progression or development, career growth is virtually nonexistent.
