Pros
The people in middle management and below are great people
Cons
This company feels like its in full survival mode, and it shows in every decision. Leadership is overwhelmed, making poor, short-term choices that feel desperate rather than strategic. Pressure from ownership amplifies the chaos, and there is no clear path to stability or improvement. Sales leadership is competent, but they are being asked to do the impossible, while the rest of senior leadership leaves employees to constantly make the best of bad decisions. When employees leave or are let go, they are rarely replaced, and their responsibilities fall on remaining team members. This creates workloads that feel completely unsustainable and already beyond the breaking point. Support from the top is nonexistent, and trust is gone. It often feels like leadership protects themselves at the expense of employees, leaving everyone on edge. Senior leaders are often good at delegating and dictating but do not demonstrate true leadership. Their attempts to appear aligned with the team or to show that they are also victims of poor decisions often feel insincere, which further erodes trust and morale. Middle management and frontline employees are capable, dedicated, and geniunely good people but they are powerless against poor decisions from the top. The culture has shifted from fake positivity to fear. Promises are broken, uncertainty is constant, and navigating day-to-day feels like a minefield. If you are considering joining, think carefully. You will need to protect yourself constantly, and success depends as much on surviving chaos and fear as on doing your job. This is not a place for a long-term career. it’s a place to survive on what feels like a sinking ship.
