      Idea is great, some people really good

      Cons

      From my experience, the environment at Vantage Data Centers felt overly political. A lot of people seemed more focused on pleasing their bosses and protecting their image than doing real work. Speaking up or challenging bad decisions didn’t feel safe, and success often seemed tied to managing up rather than performance. The constant politics made day-to-day work unnecessarily stressful and demotivating.

      Pros

      Overall, Vantage is a really good place to work, especially if you want to be part of a company that’s growing quickly and doing meaningful work in the data center space. The projects are interesting and impactful, and there’s a lot of opportunity to learn and grow. The people are probably the best part. Most teams are supportive, collaborative, and genuinely want to help each other succeed. Compensation and benefits are solid, and the company is in a strong position within the industry.

      Cons

      Because the company is growing so quickly, things can feel a bit hectic at times. Priorities can shift, and it can take some effort to keep everything aligned. Depending on the team and workload, work-life balance can fluctuate during busier periods. There can also be some inconsistency in how processes or expectations are handled across different teams, which can be frustrating at times.

      - Leadership is very guarded and doesn't share much information with employees. - Roll out of systems and technologies is very slow.
