Started at Vantage right out of college and have learned so much in the few years I have been here. The team here has been extremely helpful throughout all projects and processes in my daily routine. Everyone has a good attitude and is ready to help out. The management team is also fully aware of the work life balance and will offer plenty of out of work events offered to the whole company. Great place to work.

Not many negative things to say, its been a great time working here.

Vantage is a great company to work for and there is a lot of room for growth. I started here in 2020 and have received (3) promotions from when I started to current day because I was given the tools to allow to progress and succeed. The company culture is second to none and it is a place I would recommend to anyone in the construction industry looking for a role where your daily activities matter to keep projects moving. Everyone in all departments are very helpful and there is a team first mentality here.

No real cons, Vantage is a good company to work for.
