It’s a fully remote company which is nice.

Very high school mentality where if you aren’t in the popular group you get bullied and “othered” no matter how good a worker you are. They record your every move and the culture is very micromanaged and toxic. Managers must get no training because most don’t really know how to be leaders. If you have a mental illness forget about it, they will target you, you will not ever hear about your successes, only your mistakes. Definitely the kind of company where bad employees fail upward. Felt more like high school than an actual career.
