      Great place to grow and truly make a place for your career. I plan to stay with VUMC as long as possible. Great benefits and work life balance. My team is the best.

      You rotate locations, and hours on a weekly basis Pay is less than other similar positions in the area with little negotiation Poor management Do not work directly under Pathologists, under Operations dept Required to map several specimens eating into workflow
