      CVICU (where I work) is a very toxic work environment, lots of unit politics, management sucks, low tech hospital, supply room never stocked

      You rotate locations, and hours on a weekly basis Pay is less than other similar positions in the area with little negotiation Poor management Do not work directly under Pathologists, under Operations dept Required to map several specimens eating into workflow
