Pros

I joined this company after swearing I would never work for a staffing agency, but after the interview process and since being hired on I have seen what sets them apart in the market and why there is such a positive reputation. It is still a fairly small company with room to grow, and they seem to value the employees that they have.

Cons

It can be tough to get placements, and working between candidates and companies can be a struggle, but that's an adjustment more than a con. The benefits are expensive, but it's a small business so less people on the policy means more money to employees.

Pros

Friendly staff who actually work with you to get a job, and I like how they send reminders to submit the weekly time sheet for pay. I'm also surprised by their honesty and transparency with their hiring process.

Cons

There are no cons about this place, at least not for me.

Everyone is supportive and really care about their employees and make an effort to address any issues.

Cons

No cons so far, if you do what you're hired for and communicate if anything comes up, you're in good hands.
