      Pros

      This was the first agency and recruiter I worked with that actually cared about my personal career, offered resume advice, and truly showed an investment in me as an individual. She mentioned her goal is to place me with VanderHouwen's clients, however also assisted with leads to direct contact to clients they didn't have. I felt appreciated and will be a loyal VanderHouwen employee for life.

      Cons

      I can't think of any negative experience, presently working at Nike and the entire team and process made me feel valued.

      Pros

      Friendly staff who actually work with you to get a job, and I like how they send reminders to submit the weekly time sheet for pay. I'm also surprised by their honesty and transparency with their hiring process.

      Cons

      There are no cons about this place, at least not for me.

      Everyone is supportive and really care about their employees and make an effort to address any issues.

      Cons

      No cons so far, if you do what you're hired for and communicate if anything comes up, you're in good hands.
