Pros
They will give you as many hours as you can handle. Works well as a summer job while going to school. Will get to attend exclusive events as staff.
Cons
They overwork their staff due to not hiring enough people. Only gives a few days notice as to what your schedule can be. Potentially breaks labour laws with the hours and scheduling for regular staff. Poor hourly wage and no benefits. Hard labour with sometimes no breaks. Treats their male staff better than female.
