The CEO and COO are completely lost and failing to gain market traction. The platform/product looks like it was built in a college dorm room. Because of poor UX/UI it proves to be extremely difficult to convert trial users to paid users.
Additionally, with a lack of competitive differentiation Vancery isn’t able to raise the capital needed to invest in engineering and product talent to level up the organization.
