The people that you get to work with. Everyone goes through the same thing and can cope with one another about work-related issues.
Cons
Only hires through temp agency. Blame game. Management favoritism. CEO is ignorant. He comes into the office once in a while and asks why, how, when, etc. He has cameras installed in the Selma office and building to make sure everyone is working. Breaks and lunches are limited. Understaffed. Does not provide jackets, cold suits, gloves, masks, etc.
