Cons
Hard work is rarely recognized or appreciated unless you are personally favored by management. Employees are often expected to work extra hours, but instead of rewards or growth, this usually results in being assigned even more work. Performance and effort do not consistently translate into meaningful incentives or recognition, which can be demotivating over time. The HR team is largely unresponsive to employee concerns. Issues raised are often not followed up on, leaving employees feeling unheard and unsupported.
