Pros

Supported a lot to employees during the Lockdown and Pandemic. Many companies have done layoffs, but VALUE PLUS did not layoff their employees. Also every single month during the pandemic the employees got some payout... Also based on the innovative and aggressive payout model, the employee earned nearly double their salaries during the pandemic and work from home period for nearly 12 months. Carrier opportunities: Great carrier opportunities for sincere people. The exposure is very good and I have got this feedback from many employees and managers also. Internal growth opportunities: The company encourages internal growth. I know 6 people in VALUE PLUS who joined as executives and they are now Team Leader, PM and Delivery Managers. Their pay scale has increased to more than double of their original salary within a span of 2-3 years after joining VALUE PLUS. Social Responsibilities: VALUE PLUS has given us opportunity to work on some social causes for promoting cheap healthcare during the Pandemic... I thank the leadership for undertaking such initiatives and for the opportunity for me to be part of these initiatives. Financial support during Pandemic: VALUE PLUS also supported some of their employees financially during their hospitalisation during the pandemic. Leadership: The company has strong and ethical leadership. People centric management team ... they value people. Office Location: Very good...prime location in Pune...

Cons

Training: The company can benefit with better training process...separate training department can be a solution... Managers: I feel the company needs more number of managers as of now... Salary cycle: Salaries generally happen between the 10th-12th of every month. This can be done earlier... maybe before 5th-7th of every month.
