Pros

Hardly any apart from the fact that as a first time job you get good experience for 3-4 months, but before you jump to any conclusion please read to cons.

Cons

Micromanagement is an understatement if i could use the term Nano-management that would still not do justice to what level of nit-picking they do. as long as you do things their way you will be good but if you try to deviate even little bit you are doomed. The CEO has no job other than making peoples lives hell. the ego is so huge that no matter how educated the person is or even a high performing employee you will be thrashed. there is culture of team breaking, where everyone is told "no one is your friend, do you work dont talk to anyone". he says be grateful for one hour of lunch break that we give you. on one is allowed to eat in groups have tea/coffee in groups. Very honestly it feels like you are back in nursery. Professionalism only exists when its the CEO's turn to experience it otherwise forget that thing exists also
