Pros
If you like traveling, that’s really is the only pro, but it’s pretty stressful last minute travel.
Cons
- No raises (even after a year+ working there) - Management (Ops Director and CEO) has little to no experience doing the job they’re micromanaging you at - The company has been understaffed since they started (over 3 years ago), so you’ll never have the backup or support you need - Absolutely no type of schedule, or guarantee, so you’re mostly gone for 2-3 weeks, then home for 1-2 days - The owner of the company micromanages and complains, but working there over a year I only saw and heard from the owner 1 time on a group zoom call - The company will ALWAYS put profit over you, your family, and the family you’re supposed to be helping. They’ll pull you off an active job multiple times because there’s other jobs and they don’t have enough employees to cover the work.
