      Underpaid for level of danger and stress Can be very demanding Spend a lot of money on clothing to accommodate the weather Safety standards are rarely upheld

      Pros

      The people have their own quirks but are very easy to figure out. Once you understand who likes what and who you're dealing with, it becomesvery easy to get along with everyone.

      Cons

      I wish the pay was a little more but business can be rocky and tough in this industry. Show that you add value and I'm sure this will go up.
