Pros
No sales metrics requirements and amount of customer service representatives generally meet or exceed the necessary needed to take the calls volume. Clients of the service are a lot less likely to be angry due to the quality of the service compared to their alternatives. The few angry customers are also regulars so your coworkers will help you know what to expect anyways.
Cons
There aren't many opportunities I experienced for climbing the corporate ladder. Company also allegedly has a high turnover rate according to what I've been told, so workload may be greater during times of low employment in the company. Pay is rather basic and similar to what many entry positions like fast food or grocery stores give out.
