      not much to reflect upon once vallen took over IDG

      Cons

      they hire, don't support career development, & will cut you at a moments notice

Through our parent company, Sonepar USA, we have our Training EDU platform that allows associates to further educate and develop their skills through online courses, available 24/7.

      Pros

      We work well together. If feels like family. The General manager is so laid back and easy to get along with. Can attend to your personal needs if something comes up.

      Cons

      Some times work can get overwhelming because there are not enough of us to take on all the work coming in. Having to wear several hats to take on the spots of the missing personal ( open positions) .
