Worst Management and No Work Life Balance - Digital Marketing Valiram Employee Review

Absolutely no work life balance if you are in the marketing team or digital marketing team. Digital team is pretty much stretched to the max and no common sense or understanding that the team or people need flexibility. You will be expected to work on weekends, public holidays and even if you are on your annual leaves. If you are reporting to the digital marketing under marketing department, be prepared to get calls during your sick days and get scolded for not doing something while you are sick. And if you think by working late or over weekend you can get some off time or rest day, just forget it. And dont expect to get manager's support when you are having issues, he will be ready to throw you under the bus and will keep switching between decisions that just going to ruin your campaign plans. No matter how much you do and deliver, will say you did nothing significant after you tender resignation or after you've left. And that's the message senior leaders will get too from him - so, basically your effort while working there meant for nothing. There's no proper recognition plans. If you get interview calls to join the digital team, just run away as fast as you can.
