Okay - Frontend Developer Valiot Employee Review

The people working are the best, has good benefits and flexible working hours

Workload could be overwhelming from time to time

- Salaries are up to par with market - Great people overall - True unlimited PTO for the most part

- 2 out of the 3 managers I worked with where not good enough, they don't have the technical knowledge nor the people management experience, one of them is really rude most of the time and ends up being the biggest blocker, the other one doesn't really make decisions and follows the other managers lead. - Really chaotic, objectives change way too much and you could be changed into another team for a time. - Data Engineering of a minimum level and not up to par, you end up developing a lot of different stuff that is not true DE, and when you do it's just way too barebones since most of what a DE should do is done by another team. - Although in the contrat it states that they will give you a computer to work with, you most probably won't.
