      So far I’m impressed with this company. They have good systems in place, a strong team, and the people in charge clearly know what they’re doing.

      Cons

      The first few weeks were definitely the hardest—it took some time for me to get adjusted to the pace.

      Pros

      The culture here is great, everyone is very excited and knowledgeable, and people really want to collaborate. The products are interesting and there is a real push to innovate and build something great. I have learned a ton while being here.

      Cons

      Standard issues with a mid/large company: changing priorities and getting pulled in different directions. Too many meetings.
