      Not much. Honestly, I cannot think if one thing.

      Leadership lies. Numbers reported are just smoke and mirrors that look good, but I reality it failing.

      Pros

      The culture here is great, everyone is very excited and knowledgeable, and people really want to collaborate. The products are interesting and there is a real push to innovate and build something great. I have learned a ton while being here.

      Cons

      Standard issues with a mid/large company: changing priorities and getting pulled in different directions. Too many meetings.
