Solutions are being built continuously in a more self-served way which is a huge win to our customers and making the business more sustainable. - The innovative solutions being worked on within the realm of emissions reduction and accounting seem unmatched by any competitors. It's exciting being able to work on something truly innovative. - Very fast-paced work environment. Given the size of the company and optimization of workflows, it takes very little time to make decision across main stakeholders productively - Amazing team. Haven't yet worked with such bright people with truly no ego. Cons
- Small team means a lot of responsibility. Every team member is accountable for their own work and there isn't room to slack off. This can lead to long hours, but also rewarding outputs.
