Pros

Leadership takes employee satisfaction seriously, with regular feedback sessions and initiatives aimed at work-life balance. Wellness programs, flexible scheduling, and an approachable management style make employees feel valued. There is a strong focus on learning and development. Employees are encouraged to pursue training, certifications, and internal mobility, which keeps career paths open and rewarding. The workplace culture is inclusive and team-oriented. Cross-departmental collaboration is encouraged, and new ideas are welcomed regardless of role or seniority. This company is a great place for professionals who want to be part of a collaborative, growth-focused environment. While there are natural growing pains, the leadership’s commitment to people and continuous improvement makes it a rewarding place to build a career.

Cons

Like many growing companies, sometimes communication isn't clear from the top down.

Pros

Great team to work with, knowledgeable staff with experienced senior management, younger team members with good skills and a willingness to learn new methods of project delivery.

Cons

Specialty Engineering for Electrical and Mechanical HVAC design is a field that needs discipline. Staffing for this work has been hard and increased the workload for current staff.

Pros

For architects, it is an Architecture/Engineering firm. Conscientious staff, striving for continuous improvement. Very likeable people. The 9/80 schedule (9-hour days over 2 weeks to get every other Friday off) is a great way to get long weekends and make room for work/life balance. They're trying to broaden markets beyond VA work - which is honorable, but limiting

Cons

Projects are scattered across the country, so there's not much opportunity to see projects happening in progress
