Pros
Fast paced Growing company. Upper management listens to the field and if we have ideas to make the company better, they take action. Incredible growth and expansion to new business opportunities. Finally being run like a real business
Cons
Some of the old guard are resistant to change and want to keep things the way the were. Would like to see more Industry related as opposed to job related training.
