      good company if you want stability challenging tasks. innovation is appraised. you would learn a lot in valeo. if you want to maintain WLB you could find some teams with less load.

      no too much cons, it is just you get paid in local currency which makes the salary lower than other software companies in the market

      Pros

      Great place to learn and gain hands-on automotive experience. People are generally friendly and easy to get along with, and you’ll be exposed to a lot of technologies and real-world problem solving very quickly.

      Cons

      Upper management is disorganized and heavily political. Decision making is often chaotic, priorities constantly change, and there is very little work-life balance. Long hours and high stress can burn people out quickly.
