      Pros

      Valeo was an okay place to work. Good paying positions and lots of different jobs available. It was an amazing experience spending close to 10 years working with industry experts, complicated processes and cutting edge technology

      Cons

      Extremely hot sometimes some areas were 120°+ F and way too many hours. You are really just a number. No matter how much you accomplish or contribute you are # X of 50

      Great pay,great family work balance, Great upper management.I value my job and look forward to going to work. The best part is we're a diversified company. There are monthly attendance bonuses. Its truly a great company too work with. This company treats people very well.HR has an open door policy and is there for every employee. I've been with this company for around 5 years

      Ii truly don't have any problems or concerns or complaints with my work its a fun easy process for me I love working here
