      WOrst culture Worst Politics No recognition No career progression No roadmap HR thinks them as Jail warden and treats employees like prisoners WOrst HR Policies No work life balance Getting work from home is a big time crime here 1 minute late swipein will make you half a day leave, if no leave balance, loss of pay.       Great pay,great family work balance, Great upper management.I value my job and look forward to going to work. The best part is we're a diversified company. There are monthly attendance bonuses. Its truly a great company too work with. This company treats people very well.HR has an open door policy and is there for every employee. I've been with this company for around 5 years
