      Good work life balance. Friendly employees Onsite opportunity for all.

      VITC - Not considering ethics and compliance Deviating (favour of management )some of their own policy which is applicable for all over india Onsite - they will deviate allowances (for all Country ) policy as of their own needs , and threatening the employees and asking them to go with less amount , then why policy are there ? Does it really needful ? Management Dont have any idea about retain experienced employees. We lost more thAn 10 employees in last 1 year . Worst mangerical side !

      Pros

      Great place to learn and gain hands-on automotive experience. People are generally friendly and easy to get along with, and you’ll be exposed to a lot of technologies and real-world problem solving very quickly.

      Cons

      Upper management is disorganized and heavily political. Decision making is often chaotic, priorities constantly change, and there is very little work-life balance. Long hours and high stress can burn people out quickly.
