Low pay despite continuously adding more responsibilities outside of our threshold. We are expected to support drop in’s from all majors all day and our own cohorts of over 700-800 students, Made us exempt so they could stop giving overtime when we have to stay after hours to meet with students. Students are not held accountable so don’t expect management to have your back.
