No direction No sense of operation Very reactionary, no stategic or long term planning There has been too much turn over in the management to get any sense of company here. Each managememtn change has brought up the next "new" idea. But it really isn't.

They treat there people very well. Good benefits. They have a break area where all the drinks and snacks were provided by the company. Management was very professional.

There were very few challenges. at times there seamed to be a bit of disconnection between manufacturing in China and engineering in the U.S.
