Unstable - Anonymous employee Valdes Architecture & Engineering Employee Review

Poor moral, poor management, lack of communication, can't keep good employees. The problem when I was there was that the Owners would not listen to their department managers and evidently all the good managers and employees either left or were let go without warning.
