Pros
-Good pay, benefits good as long as you don't have to pay the "family" insurance rate -Many families are respectful and supportive -Superintendent is good at his job and handles situations delicately, no political extremism
Cons
-Student behavior can be pretty extreme -workload is unreasonable (as with pretty much all teaching) -Many teachers see everyone as competition and are power-hungry -Strong promotion of new things done haphazardly and changed often, no real chance to see impact
