You won't ever make above-market pay here. Being a Finnish company they are reluctant to be competitive in the US market with salaries due to the norm of lower European salaries. Diversity of thought/opinion is not very high in most groups. Backfilling often doesn't happen, responsibilities just get pushed to other roles without wage increases. Work culture can feel old-fashioned and slow at times. Not a place that rewards high performers. Upper management can seem out of touch with what is possible or what a customer actually would want to use.
