      Interesting technologies. You can be proud that your work contributes to cleaner environment, energy saving, medical safety etc. Work and life balance is good. Good leadership. Very long careers on average. Good working atmosphere and great people to work with. Remote work practices have been constantly improving.

      Cons

      Organization has sometimes more hierarchy than needed. Progressing inside company in the software side might be challenging. Decision making might be a bit slow. Remote working practices could still be improved.
