Pros
-Awesome training (at my shop) -A wealth of expertise -We can make a ski boot fit if it doesn’t yet (equipment but we would love more tools!) -Professionalism
Cons
-Hectic busyness -No time to train others (it’s a lifelong job but it’d be great to teach others the easy stuff) -Lack of new boot fitting equipment(for the higher end stuff some more precision would make a world of difference) -More help (we have awesome people in the shop, I would love to have more time to train so that we have NO returns and only minor modifications to our boots) -Pay (I can fit people for days but I can’t do it on hopes for the future elsewhere)
