Pros
Cool managers in both the maintenance and electrical departments. You can learn a lot. When working on projects, I always felt heard and respected, even though I was a new guy. Super fun place to work, and all of my coworkers were pretty rad mountain dudes, great place to make friends. The work was really fun, flying around on lifts in the Summer, climbing 100' towers on a mountain, in the Winter you're crusing around on snowmobiles, and in the Summer you're offroading in a truck of a side by side. You work on a friggin mountain, lots of wildlife, moose, deer, elk, fox, bear. Opportunity to make a decent living if you are motivated to learn, contribute, be a team player, and add value to the team.
Cons
Starting pay isn't the greatest, but in my department, I saw several colleagues move up fairly quickly when they applied themselves. The managers will do what they can when they think you are putting in the effort.
