Pros
the pros about this company is you get to meet a lot of people, and you get to make some of them your friends, you get to know them, its nice when youre able to help people. but there isnt many pros to working for this company
Cons
the challenges of working here, in this specific establishment...there's no communication, you try to make the best of your work day but no matter how you do it its never good enough. you have to be "buddies" with the manager to be heard. there's no security for those working the graveyard which can be dangerous since homeless people sometimes do come in and try to get money or coffee and youre alone so you have to deal with that. any little thing you do everyone will know by the time you come to work, its really disorganized. no room to "go up the latter", minimum wage, ive been here for a couple of years and I've gotten one single raise of .50 cents. But i feel lucky since I personally know of someone working here for more than six years and all theyve had is a .50 raise
