      Pros

      My direct team is great. It is a safe environment, where work/life balance is encouraged and people of minority groups (P.O.C., LGBTQ+, etc.) feel safe.

      Cons

      While the company culture of my direct team is great, interaction with other teams is usually delayed, incomplete, and difficult. Almost all members of my team are required to submit requests from other teams, meaning that interaction with the other teams is a main component of the workflow.

      Pros

      Pay and benefits are adequate and some great employee's to work with.

      Cons

      At my local office there was poor management and communication, things constantly changing, lack of direction, no consistency on how things are done or managed, too much time wasted during the day on meetings that accomplish nothing.
