      Pros

      Very helpful in job search, professional and personal. Quickly landed a great job. Would recommend to everyone in the Richmond area.

      Cons

      Benefits are expensive and there is a forced furlough. But the pros outweigh the cons. Took me a while to find Vaco. Would recommend them as first choice in a search.

      Emily is the best. I’ve worked with her for several years and she has consistently called me about available opportunities….Its great that you become eligible for several benefits immediately such as medical, dental, legal, dependent care, etc.
