Pros
The only pro was that I could work from my home and not have to deal directly with the owner or principals.
Cons
Awful company, caution before accepting a job with them. They are unprepared underfunded and are a train wreck. They gave no severance, no exit interview nothing. Very disappointed in ever accepting a job with this company.
