      No support low pay no work life balance Local operations managers sit all day and do nothing make you do their job while they complain about how miserable they are

      The people are wonderful and VERY supportive. Great environment and management.

      Benefits are becoming a bit expensive, and the company is always changing things, which can be tough to keep up with.

      Pros

      management is very understanding and flexible with issues coworkers are great and really make the experience fun benefits are amazing (health/vision/dental is cheap and great)

      Cons

      can be a little disorganized at times especially during the summer and you may have to do more outside of your job scope but overall not too bad
