People-oriented, they really are passionate about helping businesses and, as a byproduct, revolutionising the Law, Accounting and recruiter industries. It seems like a special group of individuals who are 100% committed to creating something amazing. Their energy is infectious and inspiring.

The recruitment process was quite long - the issue wasn't the thoroughness ( that was appreciated and respected!) The main contention point was the lack of communication around timeframes for interviews, when we'd receive the necessary documents for the recruitment challenge. I understood the company is busy and has a lot happening, but more upfront communication on expected timelines and regular updates during the process would have been appreciated.

The team at VXT genuinely like and respect one another, and it shows. The camaraderie, respect and trust in one another is staggering, and every decision the business makes reinforces this deep regard. A lot of businesses pay lip service to 'great culture and benefits' but to find a company that is actually following through is a rare and wonderful thing. It's made my job both easy and hard, in that the culture is already so strong, but I definitely feel a great responsibility to uphold the work that's been put in so far.

Honestly none that I've encountered so far.
