      Pros

      You get to work with a lot of people from the industry which they have stolen from the competition. Really great people.

      Cons

      You will get promised the works when you get your offer at over a 30% markup of what you’re currently making across the street and after you’ve put in your time and hard work, you will get targeted and eventually be pushed out. Then they will go to the market and smear your name to make sure it’s hard to get back on your feet
